Our Policies

• Booking/Deposit Policy: IF a deposit is required for booking, the amount must be paid upfront to secure the timeslot. Your entire deposit will be used toward the cost of the service. The difference will be paid after the service has been completed.
• Cancellation/No-Show Policy: This business enforces a cancellation policy on select services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any of the following scenarios: If LESS than 24 hours an appointment is canceled and rescheduled, canceled and not rescheduled, you failed to appear (no-show), or you showed up so late (after 15 minutes) that your appointment was canceled. The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy.  If you appear for the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your booking confirmation page, no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full upon completion of your service. The fee will be 20% of the total cost before any discounts.
• Late Policy: If you are running late to an appointment, we ask that you call us to let us know, otherwise we will assume you will not be showing up and may release the appointment resulting in a no-show. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will try our best to accommodate you but reserve the right to reschedule or cancel your appointment if we cannot. You will be charged accordingly (please refer to the Cancellation/No-Show Policy).
• Makeup Policy: For the products to adhere to and work properly, please arrive with no makeup on and clean lashes. If we have to remove your makeup, a $15 makeup removal fee will be charged.
• Refund Policy: Beyond Beauty and Grace LLC under no circumstance will provide a refund after the start of service. We strive to give you the best result but cannot guarantee that your outcome will match your desired look exactly. We also cannot predict if you will encounter any new reactions to our products even after a patch test is performed. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee the longevity of your lash extensions or lash lift therefore it is important to follow the aftercare instructions provided for a longer-lasting result.
• Age Policy: Clients must be at least 16 years or older to receive services. An adult must accompany minors under 18 and is required to be present in the treatment room during the consultation.
