Eyelash Extensions

• First-time clients, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment start time for a consultation and to complete any final paperwork. Consultation is important. We take the shape of your face and eyes into account to determine which style will best complement your features. We also examine your natural lashes to determine the correct length and weight of the lash extension we should apply to avoid damaging the health of your natural lashes. If you do not arrive on time, we deduct this time from your service time.
• If you use waterproof mascara, avoid using it 2-3 days before your first appointment. The film it leaves on your lashes may prevent the extensions from adhering properly. Completely remove any mascara from your lashes before your appointment.
• Arrive at your appointment with dry, clean lashes, and avoid wearing makeup. The more time it takes to remove your makeup, the less time we get to work on your lashes.
•  Opt for glasses or bring a solution and a case to take your contacts out before your eyelash extension session.
• Take care of any personal matters before your appointment (restroom, phone calls, etc.) because, for your safety, you will be asked to close your eyes once the application starts. Depending on your desired look, the service may take 1-2 hours for fills and 2-3 hours for full sets. 
• Avoid caffeine as it may cause your eyes to flutter and twitch.
• Patch tests are recommended to determine whether you have allergic reactions to any of the products used. If requested, they must be done 24 hours before your appointment date/time.
• If you request a complete eyelash extension removal and want a new set, you must do this 24 hours before your lash extension appointment date/time, as the extensions will not adhere properly on the same day.
